Debbie Schlussel Recants Statement
Boom. Another liberal media smear campaign ends in humiliating ruin. In record time. Usually the recanting takes a while as the media twists the knife for maximum damage. Not this time. Maybe it had something to do with Sean Hannity fighting back.
Sean Hannity was accused of sexual harassment by former Fox News guest, Debbie Schlussel. Hannity fired back at the liberal hard. He threatened to rain legal hell on the “serial harasser.”
It seems she got the message loud and clear because she just caved. Totally changed her story. Recanted.
In an interview with LawNewz.com on Monday morning, Schlussel changed her story and denied that she was ever sexually harassed by Sean Hannity.
Looks like she spoke to a lawyer and he told her to start dancing. Won’t work Sean’s got you right where he wants you.
Schlussel stands by her description of the incident but now says that she doesn’t believe what happened between the two amounted to sexual harassment by any legal definition.
“I would never accuse him of that. Sexual harassment has a special meaning under the law, and I would never accuse him of that,” Schlussel said.
But you did two days ago. You can retract it, but Sean can still sue you. Take her for every penny Sean.
Schlussel said the interaction happened in the early 2000’s when Hannity was in Detroit taping a show.
“He tried to get me to go back to the hotel after the show after he and his executive producer Bill Shine treated me horribly,” she said, before clarifying that “it wasn’t his hotel room, but rather his hotel.”
She still clung to her bogus claim that following the incident she was “banned from Fox News.”
“I never thought I was sexually harassed by Sean Hannity, I thought he was weird and creepy not someone I liked,” Schlussel said.
